The Mill WALK should be closed to vehicles (which use it as a rat run) to create a safe walking / cycling link between Rea Valley route and Turves Green area (x4 schools there)
Tunnel under railway is DANGEROUS for pedestrians and cyclists as no pavement or refuge if car enters at same time and unlit; no need for cars here at all...! Great opportunity at minimal cost.
