[Image taken 9.6.21] Filey Terrace, York. It's only a small cone but the pavements here are very narrow - families/friends/couples have to walk single file rather than protectively or sociably. Plus it is a trip hazard. I'd like every cone and every temporary road sign to have on it an ID number, and the name and the phone number of the organisation that put it in place, for people to be able to report issues.
