[Image taken 9.6.21] Wellington Row, York. This barricade is being used to 'protect' ad hoc parking. But it is in a street with cones and temporary signage. It looks unprofessional. It looks like clutter. Is this the image the company wants to portray? There is already a sign about use of the parking space on the wall behind with a phone number.
