There is a on-road cycle lane here. However, it requires physical barriers to make it truly segregated - at the moment it is just paint.

Surface on former flagship Rea Valley cycleway very poor, esp with tree roots, between Fordhouse Lane and Hazelwell Rd. Badly in need of resurfacing for years.

Steps stop this being a cycleway. Remove steps and improve disabled access too. The other option is to shut Bell Holloway to traffic..as its narrow and subject to frequent fly tipping.

A441 between Stirchley and Selly Park is easily wide enough to have a cycleway. The removal of extra lanes on both sides and of on-street parking would actually make things much safer for motorists, too.

This is an advisory cycle route linking NCR route 5 with Kings Heath. Although a 20mph road, It has routine speeding which deters cyclists. Some form of traffic calming is urgently needed along this road.

A4097 needs a segregated shared cycleway / footpath as traffic is fast, but quite a few persons need to travel on this route. Alternatively, make using the canal path easily accessible.

The roads around here are very narrow and footpaths sometimes non-existent on one side or other.
